Hello to everyone who stopped by my site. Let’s get acquainted. My name is Olga Winzenried. I grew up in Russia. By profession I am a food commodity expert. I graduated from the Institute of National Economy in city of Yekaterinburg, Russia.
In the year of 2004, I moved to America, where I live now in the wonderful, very green state of Wisconsin near The Lake Michigan.
I would like to explain a little bit why I started to search and study alternative ways of treating diseases and why I decided to create this web site.
I grew up as a sick child with constant laryngitis, sore throats and other colds. Then there was infectious hepatitis, problems with my thyroid gland. A little later, to all these problems were added to gastritis, pancreatitis, arthritis, constant exhausting headaches and many other little things that did not allow me to live and enjoy of my life.
I saw that doctors only helped to relieve acute symptoms, but no one got to the bottom of the causes. No one wondered why my body was functioning so wrongly.
That’s when I started asking myself these questions and looking for alternative answers.
Nowadays, this is much easier with the help of the Internet. You can find almost any answers to your questions. But there’s one problem, the answers are so different, and sometimes directly opposite, that in the end you just don’t know what you really need to do and how you can help yourself.
On my way of searching, I found how difficult it is to understand which information is true and which is not.
Over the years of searching and studying alternative treatment methods, I have found the most important sources that I can trust. I also have the opportunity to see the latest world research in the field of health.
My main interest is laying in the field of alternative cancer treatments. Unfortunately, allopathic doctors, with their approach and their understanding, or rather, not understanding, the roots of cancer, are not able to heal or somehow influence better outcomes of diseases. And, of course, most of them don’t mention the importance of prevention.
A large amount of accumulated material on the topic of both maintaining health and treating diseases gives me the opportunity to share this information with people.
I am vegan and 80 – 90% raw food eater depending on the season. I love to cook and come up with delicious recipes myself, many of which you will also find on this site.
Currently, I am an expert and lecturer for Anna Yakuba at her school of dry fasting and raw food “Dream”.
I would be glad if the materials posted on my site will help someone not to stumble, maintain health or improve what is already shaken.
I wish everyone good health and wisdom in choosing a better path!
Olga Winzenried.
